Cancellation Policy

At Batari Brows and Skin, we understand that life gets busy and unforeseen circumstances arise, but we seek the understanding of our clients in our need to enforce a cancellation policy. 

Our bookings are personalised for you and we endeavour to give you as much notice and reminders of your appointment as possible so that if changes need to occur there is adequate time to do so. 

Please understand that when appointments are changed or cancelled without enough notice, clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive our service. Therefore, we require any appointment changes or cancellations to be made as early in advance as possible. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform those clients on the waiting list and also ensures full schedules and no loss of business. 

  • A minimum of 24hrs notice is required to change or cancel a booking. 

  • In the case that a change or cancellations occurs within 24hrs of the appointment, a 50% fee of the treatment cost will be charged. This will need to be paid before making the next appointment. 

  • “NO SHOWS” (no notice of cancelling at all) will incur a 100% fee of the treatment cost. This will need to be paid before making another appointment.
